Hello again,
Some of my footage is in 4608x2592 resolution, but when I export the program only lets me choose 4096x2304 in H.264. Is there any way to pass this?

Any hindsight is appreciated!

I'm assuming that footage consists of timelapse clips, as the 4k video footage is not that resolution. Considering that 4608x2592 is 16:9 aspect ratio, I suggest you export at 3840x2160 (UHD) to get a nice final product that will play smoother on your computer without any significant image quality loss.

12fps yes, but what I do is double all the frames and export in 24fps.
What is cool about the 4096x2304 though is that it does not have black bars anymore like the 4096x2160 has.

Drop your 4608x2592 footage into a 3840x2160 timeline in Premiere. Check "Scale Clip to Frame Size" on all your clips. There will be no black bars. Export as 3840x2160. It will look beautiful. Trust me. And it should play much smoother on your computer. Also, 3840x2160 is the industry standard 4k resolution for broadcast, so youll be able to view it on a 4k TV. 4096x2304 and 4608x2592 are non-standard frame sizes. Trying to upload these to Youtube will cause problems.

Yes, I know that the UHD is TV standard, although there are monitors that are 4096x2160 monitors as well, but that´s not the point, the program should let me choose the 4608x2592 resolution.
I want to see how it looks and if its worth the hassle. When taken with RAWs I can put the dots per inch to 300 instead of the regular 180. I have a feeling it looks much better than the regular footage.

It might not be a limitation of the program, but the format.

Besides, as there are no 4608 x 2592 monitors or TVs, it's rather pointless to export to that format for final viewing. Export at UHD, or even 1080p, to match the monitor you have.

"Set to Frame Size" would be the better option, as it doesn't rerasterize the media like "Scale" does.

Tried it, still nothing, I think you are correct about the limitation being the format, but what irks me is that there is 5K options for Red. When I put to 5K resolution it did not let me change the aspect still and the outcome had black bars all around the footage.

I guess it just can´t be done, its either 4K or 5K, but not in between.
