How to edit Bluray movies in FCP?

I want to rip blurays movies to edit in Final Cut Pro. I have evaluated a few tools, and they have all been ok, but required a second transcode to Pro-Res or DNxHD. Is there a way to do in one step?
 
Ok, not closed so I will answer. You should not rip and edit other peoples work. If it is your work or work a client owns outright the method you use is most likely the best one.
