How to disconnect PL mount on F3 to place MTF adapter ...

I know there is a few people who have the MTF adapter already on their F3 ... before I twist the wrong piece ... where exactly do we disconnect the PL mount ? Is there any need to loosen any screws ? ... or is it really a matter of applying a 'bit of force' ? Was easy enough with the EX3 ... but
this one seems to be quite securely fixed ... People told me there is a difference in 'locking force' between the first batch and second batch of F3 cameras ... mine is a first batch. Thanks ...
 
Its right on the body, just like the PL mount. You dont need to loosen any screws or need any tools just turn counter clockwise.
 
hey , i was reading at the MTF and it say there is a 1.5x magnification if using a FF lens..

What does it means..?

1.5x crop?
