How to convert HMC152 output to MPEG2-PS Format?

Hi,

I have the HMC152 which I have recorded at 720p50 and edited in Premiere Pro CS5. I want to export the final video to MPEG2-PS (Program Stream) format so that I can view it on my Panasonic Plasma TV through the SD card interface. Panasonic says that this is the format required.

Any ideas on how to export to MPEG2-PS Format? Note that I also have ProCoder 3.0 if that is any help.
