How to conform 1080/30p to 1080/24p in Cinema Tools?

I shot a commercial in 1080/24pA, but the product shot was stop motion, so I had to shoot it in 1080/30p. Can anyone give me step by step instructions on how to conform the 30p clip into a 24p clip using Cinema Tools? I want to be able to edit it with the rest of the footage.
