How to capture 30p?

What capture settings do I need to use for properly capturing 30p footage shot on a DVX100B? (Mini DV tape)

Give these a try. This is for 4:3 and 30P.

Does it matter if field dominance is set to none? I always just used the DV NTSC preset for 30p and never changed the field dominance.

Those are sequence settings, do I capture them at 30fps as well and in progressive?

Wait, am I basically capturing this like plain 48khz DV-NTSC (60i)? Or do I have to mess with the progressive vs interlaced settings?
