on a serious note, if you pay properly through paypal, and sth goes wrong, you're covered ; so if you're familiar with ebay and paypal and you make sure you take any action within 30 days, I wouldn't worry.

Obvious. Get a GH2 body from Guy/Chick Speculator on ebay within the next few days at a high price (at the least, only ten dollars below Adorama's 14-42mm kit price, possibly more if there are lots of you chomping at the bit), or wait until Adorama (or other) get some in stock at the regular price.
 
Maybe he ordered 10 GH2s from Panasonic Direct EPP for $630 each when they had them in stock last December and the order went through considering how clueless PD is.

I still dont see what the problem is? I got mine in late December, right before Xmas. I've been to several stores that have them sitting on the shelves, and there are several websites that have them in stock. 43rumors posts almost daily with links to snag them when they are in stock. I misordered in December and got two silvers, and just sent the other one back.

I setup twitter to send my cell phone direct messages whenever 43rumors posts, that way you can make quick action.
