I installed the Blackout-Powell patch settings into my camera. The AVCHD looks great, but the MJPEG settings are useless for me. I don't shoot anamorphic and don't own an iPad.

Could somebody please help me tweak my MPJEG files to be 50 Mbps and leave the 1280x1440 alone? Love the AVCHD settings tweak thanks to the hard work going into the Blackout-Powell patch, but just want my MJPEG mode to look normal!

PS doing this on a Mac, so I must adjust settings manually, however an .ini file can work too.

Thanks so much to anyone who can help me out. My frustration level in searching has gone to its limit. Most settings I can find anywhere on the web are way out date because I have a new camera body and using PTool 3.55D

Kindest Regards

Thank you so much for the reply. I am entering the settings by hand since I am on a Mac. Just trying to understand what to do with the

480p30 width=960
480p30 height=720

? It is located under PAL<->NTSC Menu=Checked (as below), but I don't see a place to enter that info. in PTool 3.55D at this location.

Thanks so much again,

Barry

Sounds like you may have the beta version of PTool 3.55d. The best way to be sure you have the latest version is to download it again:

http://www.gh1-hack.info/ptool3d.zip

You'll find the MJPEG 480p settings under the MJPEG frame size settings in the latest version of PTool 3.55d.

lpowell Thanks again so much for the help! I really appreciate your help and hard work. Am using this camera in part shooting a documentary in Arizona. The footage will look so much better thanks to you!
