How terrible is my logo?

it was actually b/c we didn't have vimeo embedding.

Looks like a bit too much going on with the slide then flame then bird. Thought the bird looked like an afterthought with the way it was tacked on at the end. I'd ditch the flame as it's not relevent to your company titles.

Have the titles come in with a fade in then have the bird fly bottom left to top right to its resting place. You also might be able to incorporate the bird's flight trail into the lettering somehow.

I also enjoyed it. Good job! Nice and quick & to the point...the bird is a nice punctuation to the end.
