GH3 How Should I Setup GH3 for Second Shooter Used to GH2?

I have a wedding on Friday and am hiring a second videographer to run around and get "B Roll" during the ceremony. Closed ups of the bride/groom, congregation, etc.
He has and uses the GH2, but has not yet touched the GH3. I am the opposite :)
Provided he is proficient with the GH2, are there any settings I should change to make the camera more familiar to him? Wondering if I should set it to auto focus, auto ISO, or some other features to make his life easier?
Thanks!

I wouldn't be too concerned. Setting auto everything might insult him and that you trust auto exp. for a person who can make the ultimate decision about what should be exposed properly and what can be blown out or fall into the shadows. The main difference between the button layouts of the GH3 and GH2 is that the GH2 d-pad (up, left, down, right) serve dual purposes, whereas in the GH3, they've separated them. For example, pushing UP on the GH2 opens the ISO settings, whereas on the GH3, as you know, the ISO has it's own separate button from the UP button. I think I actually prefer the GH2's set up as it makes you faster at adjust settings once you get used to it.

(tangent rant: It's really kind of a shame the GH3's dials don't "click-in" like the GH2's dial does, and too bad they could've added 4 more Fn buttons to the GH3 via the Up, Down, Left and Right buttons but didn't. Also, the Play button is poorly placed on the GH3.)

Back to the topic, In my opinion, I'd trust your 2nd in full manual shooting.

The MAIN question here is why not just let him shoot on a GH2?.......
Both cameras cut well together, you are over thinking this here.

I'd say ask him to come ~30-45 minutes early and give the camera a test run. More than likely that will iron out most usage questions

He offered to shoot on the GH2, but I have a few reasons for him to use my camera:
He is interested in upgrading to the GH3, so I am letting him shoot with my camera to try it out. Also, I can pay less if my equipment is used rather than his :) Finally,
I have the cameras synced up in terms of all the visual/audio settings and timecode, so I want to maintain a consistent image as possible with as little work in post as possible :)
