how much does it weigh?

okay, now that i know i won't be able to use my DVX lenses with the HVX, I am wondering if I'll be able to use my Bogen 503/525 tripod with it (rated at 13.2 lbs.).

does anyone know its weight?

I don't know yet, but you can work out with it if you want.
I suspect it around 5lbs, just a wild guess...

It won't be much more than the DVX. A DVX is 4.4 lbs, IIRC, the HVX should be, as dmitriandsnow said, around 5lbs or so.
