How much did the rolling shutter improve?

The second worst thing of the MK II after aliasing/moiré is rolling shutter. It is kind of a zen exercise to shoot 50mm handheld. As I don't own a MKIII yet, nor could I test it, I would like to know about some first impressions of new owners.

50mm handheld is bad idea even with cameras that have lower rolling shutter. Atleast have a shouldermount for those 50mm handheld style shots. DSLR's, even if not wobbling, will have microjitters because of their size.

Though 50mm on the 5d is about 30mm on my Canon 7d and it is possible to operate handheld but some support is preferable.

from the footage I've seen, I would say "a bit, but not much"
the nikon D800 seems like a much better improvement in this respect (but the aliasing/moire is still there, and I absolutely hate that)

I tried some handheld yesterday....not an option. It's a little improved but hand held is still a big no no.
