How much detail coring do you guys use?

I was doing some tests to try to see how much detail 1080p retains over 720p and I found something, the differences became ALOT more pronounced when I turned coring all the way off. Who else has noticed this? It seems like the difference between +2 and -2 (off) is quite massive. How much coring has everyone here been using (preferably when shooting 1080p).

Recently I've been playing with the coring and have found it seems to to more bluring than noise ruduction.
Still testing though.
I'n low light I haven't so far noticed it helps too much and it won't get rid off large amounts of noise from poor lighting.
