Hi, Just splurged for a canon c100 -- after my af100 bit the dust. I have been holding on to an Panasonic HMC-150 and I think it's time to let it go. The camera is in great shape and only has about 150 hours on it. How much do you think I should charge? For the camera, a bunch of batteries, chargers . . . Do you think I can get 2K for it? Or, is that pushing it. I've seen a few on ebay at that price though.

I also own the Lumix 12-35mm 2.8 lens. Just bought it last June. A wonderful lens that I have no use for any longer. I purchased it at, it's full price, I think it was around $1300.

Thanks for your thoughts. Wasn't sure where to post this but I'm sure I'll get a response because all of you are always so generous with your time and opinions.

Thanks, cathy

We recently bought an HMC151 on eBay UK for £1300 with low hours in VGC, seemed to be the average going rate over here in UK

I sold my HMC150 about 9 months ago for $2000 on Craigslist. My asking price was $2,200, and I was also including quite a few extra batteries, accessories, and a nice Petrol bag. I was prepared to go lower than that, but the buyer didn't haggle me down very far. If I were selling it today, my asking price and me absolute minimum would both be lower. And i think you can expect to get more if you sell locally rather than on ebay. It's reassuring to be able to meet and test the camera before buying, and that's worth a little extra to most people.

Also, I saw you live in NYC. I just checked B&H's website and you could get up to about $1,200 selling to them if the camera is in great condition and has all the original accessories. If you went there in person, you may even be able to get a little more for any other accessories you have. To be honest though, I have no experience selling to them.
