How many HVX users in SF?

That's hilarious, I used to work at BAVC, I hope it's changed dramatically since then. Who did you convince to get the HVX?

Hey I started working at BAVC in 2002. Most people work at BAVC about 5 years, give or take - so about half the people I'm working with today weren't there when I started.

So did you guys pick June 28th? I'm bummed I won't be able to attend if so.

Would anyone consider having meetings at the ATA on Valencia and 21st? I used to run the Super 8 Militia there and I'm sure we could start a HD Production Group that can meet there and show their works once a month.

We need to find somewhere that is centrally located, almost always available, has great space and a place to screen, and most of all, good parking with a good vibe! ;-)

Im in South San Francisco, and I work my 9-5 in San Jose doing DVD Authoring and Software development, which pretty much means im a high rate web surfer! :) just kidding, i like to work hard. But my friend and i got our HVX200 on wednesday, i skipped some pages in this thread, but maybe form a group through the message boards for us Bay Area users?

I just go my HVX a few days ago. I'm down for meeting when I can get a free moment. If we meet on the 28th, that will be after the firt 3 days of shooting on a feature I'm DPing with the HVX and the M2 adapter. I'll see if I can bring footage.

BAVC has offered its facilities, and is open to hosting.

PS - June 28th is reserved so we can have the meeting. In the other thread we have begun talking about setting an agenda for the June 28th meeting.

Best,

Dillon
