How many % bigger is 1/18 scale to 1/24?

Someone help me please. How many % bigger is 1/18 scale to 1/24?

It needs to be %. My math teacher is hopefully not watching this thread.
 
33.3 percent bigger

edit: i believe paul is right. i was thinking whole numbers, not fractions.

edit again: come to think of it, maybe i am right. 1/18 is 33.3% bigger. 1/24 is 25% smaller.

any math majors?

You want to scale something which is 1/24 to make it equal to 1/18? ugafan is correct, set it to 133.333% of the size of the 1/24 copy (24/18 = 1.333...).
 
Yes, I did it backwards. I found out how much smaller 1/24 is of 1/18th.

1/18 = .0555
1/24 = .0416

.0416 is 75% of .0555 as in:

.018 is 25% of .055
.036 is 50% of .055
.041 is 75% of .055

However,

.018 is 33% of .041
.036 is 66% of .041
.041 is 100% of .041
.55 is 133% of .041
