How low can you go?

So I've seen two EX1s now go for around 3500 in the last week on ebay. Both described as being in perfect condition.

I'm assuming DSLRs and the new AF100 announcement have something to do with it.

How low do you think the price of the EX1s will go by the end of 2010?

It all depends on the seller. I sold my HVR-V1U for $3400. Not bad for an HDV camera with lousy audio. If the auction listing is done right, tells a story about the camera, where it's been, what notable events it's recorded, and how well taken care of it was, it can fetch 80% of original retail.
OTOH, a careless seller, with a text only one-liner, will usually shake out near the bottom of the sale prices.

Just wait til the new PMW-EX3D hits the retail market in the end of this year.. Anything with a computer chip in it is a very bad commodity investment.

I actually do have a perfect EX1 that's only been used to test it out. The lowest I would go is 4,500.00. I gave up selling it to get an EX1R. I have 2 saWEEET EX1s and am happy.
