You are not alone. I called yesterday and could not even get an estimate on when I will receive mine. The record showed that my rebate claimed was recorded on their system on 4/20 so it has been 15 weeks vs their promise of 8 to 12weeks.

I finally received the rebate battery and 8gb card today. It was a very long 16 weeks wait!
