How long on DVX Book/DVD and Magic Bullet

People - For the records....

I got my 1st DVX100B from Newegg.com on Sept 12th 2007 and mailed the rebate form on Sept 18th 2007 and I got the Barry's DVX Book, Red Giant HD v1.1 software and the Magic Bullet Editors v2.1 softwares today October 23rd 2007.

That was about five weeks. This has been my experience with Panasonic USA so far.

My advice, buy the book. It's worth every penny and then some. When you get it, read it over and over until you only need it for occasional reference.

Update:
Just came this week. I bought my camera from Newegg (who is NOT an authorized distributor) and this may be why it took almost 5 months.
 
Congratulations to those of you lucky souls who actually GOT the software and book that you were promised....

The "Fulfillment Company" got my SKU info on June 6th.... it's nearly Christmas, and I've never seen a thing from them...

I'm particularly amused to see that Panny just launched another "Promo" on the HVX-200.... get a free P2 card and a copy of Barry's HVX book....

Yeah right.... the Easter Bunny will probably deliver it!

Mine came really fast... I went to the web URL on the fulfillment form that came in the box (bought at newegg.com) and entered the info it requested including serial number. It was delivered by UPS or FedEx (don't recall who) the next week! Plus I didn't have to cut out the UPC or find a stamp... I was amazed how quickly it arrived (and very happy, the book is very useful in explaining how to use the manual and the DVX.
