I'm just thinking, since the F3 is part of the same XDCam EX line, maybe we will see an updated EX-3 with some of the new features...

In particular i'm thinking about the dual SDI option for 4:4:4 and s-log

to me the idea of 4:4:4 from a 3 chip camera seems like a good idea.
 
3-chips is the only format that would make 4:4:4 meaningful, unless the sensor is 3X the resolution of the format being recorded. My hunch is that there won't be any update for the EX line in that area. It would be treading on their high end product sales if they did offer it.
