How large are files stored on SD cards?

I am considering buying a HMC150, and I was wondering how many hours can be stored on a 16GB SD card. I realize there are different options of 1080p, 720p etc etc etc, but I would like to know generally what to expect. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

According to the user manual (I recommend you download and read) 16GB gives you :

PH = 90 mins
HA = 120 mins
HG = 160 mins
HE = 360 mins
