How Is Everyone Doing?

This thread seems to be a little dead lately. I hope it's because everyone is in a desperate race to finish their film by next Friday. I just got back from an extended shoot on the East Coast and I'm returning to my animation in a race to the finish. I have a scene rendering as I write this. I think I can make it, but I can't seem to resist embellishing some of the scenes and it's taking more time than I originally thought it would. I just upped to 24GB of ram and that seems to help.

How is everyone else doing? Any screen grabs or BTS? I'd post something, but in my case it would give away the plot of the film. Well, maybe this one -

I havent even started mine yet :p I plan on filming it on saturday/sunday, edit it on monday/tuesday and upload it by thursday.
 
Remember, this one is a test of posting on a Vimeo channel:
"HOSTING WILL BE ON AS VIMEO CHANNEL TO BE ANNOUNCED WITH A PASSWORD"

Should be much easier to prepare....
 
So far so good. We filmed last Sunday and I developed a new appreciation for filmmaking (seems to happen every time I pick up the camera). I had to take a break from the material so I'm just now making the first cuts. Here are a few unedited stills.

My film is ready to go! I can't wait to see the other creations! I posted 2 screen caps on my thread. I hope everyone is having good fortunes with their entries. :)
 
From what I can see we have at the most 10 films in the fest, but only five seem to have a chance of making it in - at least they have a poster or some screenshots to prove someone is working on them. I hope I'm wrong here as the extension should have given everyone the extra time to finish their projects. I hope we have a good turnout, but I'm not encouraged.

Well, at least the few of us who did do it get to say we did :p. I think we had so few this time because not everyone was expecting there to have been a christmas fest, plus most of them had just finished up the scarefest. I guess some filmmakers need breaks :p
 
my actor didn't show yesterday which was the only day available I had to finish the last few scenes.
So I'm not going to have mine ready by the 30th :(

:( Thats un-good.
….I could the an actor if you wanted :p, I can film it over here and send you the footage if your are really desperate.
