How hard to change the CCD on a HVX200a

Hi, I sent my HVX to Panasonic to get it fixed... turns out it will cost me more to get it fixed than buy a used one that would come with a bunch of cards and accessories.
So I cancelled the project to get it repaired by Pana.

The other option ive got is to buy a broken cam wich the CCD is ok, and replace it myself for a fraction of the price.

But How hard is it to replace this?
 
Don't know the actual answer to your question, but having seen the images from an "autopsy" of an HVX, I'd be pretty scared to make any attempt at this!
