How fast is the zoom?

How fast is the zoom on both HVX200 and DVX200? On the Canon XH A1, the max speed is 1.5 seconds 20x zoom. What about the manual zoom on Panasonic cameras?
 
You can use the manual zoom as fast as your hand can move it.
Make sure you flip the manual zoom switch on the front of the camera below the lens next to the AWB button.
 
Also there is a 3 position switch for the zoom on the handle. it can be set to I think 3 different settings. L-off-h, L-m-H I forget the other way it can be set.
That only controlls the zoom on the handle, not the speed on the camera body.

Sorry I don't know the actual speeds of the zooms, but I hope that helps.
