GH13 How do you use the ISO for your GH13 or GH2

When shooting professional work do you have a specific ISO you like to keep the camera at or aim to get? Do you ever break iso 800 when shooting professional stuff?

Are there things I should make sure to take into account when setting the iso or just set it to help expose the shot depending on what sensitivity I need?

I try not to break 800, and will always choose as low an iso as I can. There are no 'native' isos on the panny that produce a cleaner picture, unlike the Canons.

well, there seem to be for GH2: 160, 320, 640, 1250 etc. I try not to go beyond 640.
