How do you transport your cameras?

Not an entirely exciting topic, but I'm curious nonetheless. I'm having a new case made up for the F65 as I don't like the one it comes with - so I was wondering, how do we all transport our cameras around then?

No judging!

Pele cases if going heavy, if going light I use a LowerPro Fastpack (the largest version of the AW one)

I use a big, heavy flightcase customized by Otto Nememz. It's not practical, but it's safe, and I tend to have it permanently attached to a small trolley.

I have a bulky Otto case as well. It's not well suited to run and gun work, but is great for cinema crew shoots - protects the camera very well in a loaded camera or grip truck. Tend to get left on the lower rack of a cart so it doesn't have to be carried by hand frequently.

Lowepro Magnum DV 4000 AW soft case (hat tip to Mac for the suggestion), carried onto the plane with me. Just barely fits in all but the smallest regionals (and on those, I'm able to directly talk to the baggage people and ask them to pack carefully, and not to place anything on top of it). So far, so good... but darn heavy.

This shot shows it packed with: Sony F35, Pix 240i & accessory hood, interface box, C30W viewfinder, AJA multiplexer, Lanparte 15mm FF w/ 19mm adapter, 2 190Wh battery packs, 4 large Sony batteries, various SDI & d-tap cables... it fits a lot of junk. Once I land, I put the camera together and take out the dividers, then it becomes a shoulder bag to carry the ready-to-shoot camera unit.

I do pretty much the same thing with the same bag, Jon.

I have the big bulky flight case it came with, but I've never used it to transport the camera around for shoots- only to ship it.

I'm also using the bigger brother of the carry on bags...the Lowepro Magnum DV 6000 AW. More spacious as I can fit the entire rig assembled without the batteries and just seriously gun it.
Worked really well shooting in Tijuana, Mexico! :)

I use pelican cases with custom foam inserts for gear and the tuff case for my O'Connor tripod, for any travel by vehicle. When I fly out of state or country, I use 1 pelican 1510 and the cine bag as my carryon. Can fit my whole package besides tripod in them 2 cases when needed.
