How do you synch to cameras ?

Does anyone know how what is needed in order to sync two cameras ? Even with two identical cameras one is always a little brighter, more color etc.

How do you make two cameras look identical ? How is it done ?

Get a monitor with two inputs, so you can swap A/B between them. Point both cameras at the same subject, ideally a professional test chart, and then go adjusting the parameters on one of the cameras until it matches the other; constantly swap between the two on the same monitor so you can see the results.
