how do you set up you camera after you light up your green screen

This set up scene was recommended in the store to shoot overall.
low noise setup

I have tried manual iris and auto.
Shutter is on off.
WB - I tried AWB, manual WB , 5600k preset. (I am using outdoor lights)

What am I doing here that is not set up properly or overlooked?
The footage is not to over or under exposed. I am using waveform monitor on camera. It's just bad quality (outside video is a great quality) .
When I get closer to the subject like the face shot it starts to look like the quality it should be.

Couple more questions.
What recording mode are you in? You should be in PH mode for best quality.
For Chroma Keying I would stay away from interlaced. Go with a progressive setting.
And your gain is off, correct?
Do you have a sample clip you could post?
If all else fails try the "Menu Init". It will reset the camera. It will also wipe user settings.
I usually shoot with:
CineD
Cinelike matrix
Detail - 3
Coring +3
Mater Ped - 5
All else off or 0. I ABB (Black balance - hold in the WB button intill you see ABB) whenever the camera is turned back on.
B. Press shouldn't be noisy though.
