Agreed: Start typing and don't stop. Not for plot holes, not for grammatical imperfections, not for anything. Soon enough you just kind of forget that you're crazy-tired, hungry, thirsty, etc.

That's what I do. I just finished 120 pages. And I'm about to start on another feature until I get feedback from this one.

If you can't write it, give it to someone else and pay them to write it. There are a lot of people on the boards that probably are willing.
