FS7: How do you change the angle of the mic holder?

Mine angles 45 degrees down, so my Sennheiser 416 shotgun shows up in the frame. I don't want to force anything into position.

Are talking about the FS7? If so there is an allen wrench set screw that tightens the 15mm rod that holds both the mic holder and the EVF. It has probable;y gotten loose or was just misadjusted form the get go. The screw is right below (underneath) the hot shoe and takes a 2.5mm metric allen wrench.
Just loosen that and adjust then retighten.
It might be enough to just try to push it up but I wouldn't force anything if its too resistant. You'll need to readjust the EVF afterwards of course.

Twist it is the same thing I suggested by "push it up . Probably that's all you need to do. but if it won't move get an allen wrench.

That worked. Using both hands, I firmly but carefully twisted (pushed) it to where I wanted it, then readjusted the EVF side of it. Thanks, all.

Andrew, I added O-rings to make the Sennheiser 416 fit into the mic holder; otherwise, it would just dangle. I used to wrap a strip of velcro around it a couple of times to bulk it up.
