how do we watch the live webcast?

We will post a sticky thread here in the TimeFest section with all the details. That thread will also server as a monitor point that I will check on periodically so I can pass info back to the group if you guys have questions/comments you want passed on.
 
Guys, it appears very likely that there will be a very nice "door prize" for webcast attendees. Jason Ramsey, Larry R. and we will be discussing it as we get things set up this afternoon and there will have to be a determination how to "draw a name" from the viewers. It would add a little spice to the evening and involvement by you brothers and sisters who cannot be with us in Hollywood tonight.

I also want to say that all of us out here are very mindful that a lot of you will be tuning in and it really adds to the excitement. Thanks to everyone at home who makes time to be a part of what really is a historical event for our community. May it be the first and the least of a whole series of gatherings down the road.

What time does the webcast start? I might be going out tonight for a bit to party with some friends. (Maybe)...but I have a 3 hour lead on you all on the west coast.
 
i think the chat will be in a seperate thread, instead of an actual "chat", unless ... does everyone have AIM? that'll be one fun "AIM SESSION'
 
we're going to try to keep the "chat" right here in an official thread on user so everyone can commune and take part together, rather than being spread out.

In fact that might be a good way to pull names for any potential door prize.
