How do some people get to 5000+ posts?

I think NOMADIC was another one Jarred did a long time ago. He said something about Jarred's post count and so Jarred tacked on 10k to his post count and made fun of him for it :)

I once had someone request for me to reset their post count to zero on another of our forums b/c they were getting so much flack for posting a lot...

Post counts are so overrated... But, hey... if folks care about their post counts, maybe we should start selling them :evil: 10 cents per post (I'm kidding of course, so don't ask...)

Only 475 posts to go, Barry... can you top your 10k post video?

It could happen... I heard people buying and selling energy crystals and other intangibles for their online gaming.
 
I started posting in 2005. Back then I was much more active than I am now. The forum was more of a filmmakers tool/discovery, how to, sharing work, lighting, knowledge and less of the pixel peep show/flame war that it is today. Although it's still my go to site and homepage. Ah, when the DVX first came out... Simply magic here on the forums...
 
David, you wouldn't happen to know if the chief engineer/designer on this plane happened to be dyslexic would you?
