How do I set up set up?

Have been experimenting with my new DVX100. Referencing DVfilms' suggested setups, I can find them all in my menu...except "Set up." Marcus Bavel at DVfilm suggests a "Set Up" of 0%. Until now, I thought that was the same as Master Ped - but I now see that he lists Master Ped at -6. I don't see just "Set up" listed in the menu. What is that, please, and where is it located?

Under CAMERA SETUP is the option for either

0

or

7.5

As suggested select '0'

In my haste, I forgot to mention that my camera is PAL.
I am not seeing that I have a choice of 0 or 7.5 under my camera settings.
Could this be why? Should I assume that it is "0".

Here we go again.

7.5? I thought everyone said ZERO? Barry and/or David just tell me which as I dont need an explantion.

Didnt know PAL didnt have it but makes sense.
