My P2 store unit has reached its capacity and I need to format it. I have copied off all my footage and have followed the instructions on how to format the unit. According to the manual, when the unit is formatting, there are no lights to display the progress of the formatting until formatting is complete which I think is somewhat misleading to the operator. Either way, supposedly the unit will let me know when it is formatted. However, the "auto-power off" kicked in and the unit shut down. As I understand, when the unit is in operation, it will not shut down. I would appreciate any help as to what I am doing wrong.
