how do I mix 30 fps footy to a 24p project without it looking so different?

So we're doing a school project all shot in 24p, and we acquired stock footage that is vital to our video, however it's all shot in 30 fps (not even sure what camera it's shot on). but needless to say it doesn't look good mixing with all of our 24p footage. My only suggestion to the group was to go into AE and use the posterize time effect, but I'm not sure this is the best way to execute this. any other solutions?

this sounds like a long process. what if the entire project is shot on 30, do i edit the entire project first, then run it thru the fluidmotion effect or do i have to run each clip thru the fluidmotion then edit?

yeah, I dont think our school has media composer...any other ideas?
