So, I read in the HVX book how to mark a clip so that I do not accidently delete it, and you just preset the User 2 button I believe, but I try this in playback and record mode, but both times I cannot mark the clip. What am I missing?
Marking a clip is done by assigning the MARK function to one of the user buttons. That won't actually prevent you from deleting the clip, it's just a cue to the user when reviewing the thumbnails that the clip is a "keeper".
