How do I identify 24Pa clips from .MXF files?

I have not shot with the HVX200, but am having to wrangle large amounts of .MXF clips shot with one. I'm trying to ascertain the shooting mode that was used with the clips. In particular, I'm ingesting a lot of 1080 clips and I'm looking for a program or tool that will distinguish 1080i/24pA clips from 1080i/60i or 1080i/30p clips from one another. I have the P2 Content Management Software, but that only gives me '59.94i' as the codec. Is there a program from Panasonic or a 3rd party that can discern the 'mode select' that was used when the footage was shot?

thanks in advance for any help!

Yes, P2 Viewer will tell you the codec (which will always be 1080/60i) and the frame rate (which should be 30 or 24) and the pulldown (which will be 2:3 or 2:3:3:2 for 24p, or 2:2 for 30p).

Did a FS-100 strip some of this data?

Thanks for stressing P2 viewer, guys. I had tried it but hadn't gotten the virtual cards to load right. I've got them working now, but some of the data fields are blank. The pulldown is listed for some of the confusing clips, which should help me figure out what I need, but did putting some of the footage on a Focus FS-100 strip some of this data perhaps?

I don't know, offhand, whether the FS-100 records any of the metadata. That's part of what the P2 system does, inherently, but the FS-100 isn't a P2 device. That data may not exist from FS-100 clips. Then again, it might -- we'd need an FS-100 expert to answer for sure.
