How do I get the Free Run TC to match the system clock?

For some reason the Free Run TC is 6 minutes off from the system clock (The Time that shows on the OSD) on the HVX-200, I would like to have them match exactly... is there a way to do this?
 
Ok, I have a weird issue... In the top left portion of my Display, I have timecode (UB) Which exactly matches the Clock. But when I play the clip back (either in Premiere or the P2 viewer) the TC on the clip is 6 minutes off!

SETTINGS:

UB MODE = TIME
TCG = FREE RUN
TC PRESET = ----

Well, the User Bits isn't the timecode. It's a special field that's carried in the timecode portion of the data stream, but ... timecode is timecode, and the User Bits is different. I don't know if Premiere can access the User Bits or not.
