How do I get a 5D MK II with ML to output higher than VGA resolution over HDMI?

I'm trying to get a 5D MK II with ML to output 1620x911 over HDMI, see this thread for an explanation of the rationale.

I can only get the 5D to output 640x388 over HDMI, but I read at DVInfo that it can output 1620x911; is there a setting I'm overlooking?
 
I think it requires the magic lantern version that allows for RAW recording. You may need to dig pretty deep to find current info on this. Wish I could be more helpful.
