how do i reset the 100a so that it has only the settings it came from when i bought it? The little reset button only resets the prosessor and not the memory settings.
You want to reset the scene file settings? You can go to each scene file and go to the last menu item, where it says "save/init", and choose "init"... that'll reload the factory defaults for that particular scene file.
more than just the scene files, like all the time code settings and such. i cant seem to get it out of free run - even though it is set on record run right now.
There's a user file that works the same way. I don't have the camera in front of me so I can't tell you the exact menu, probably the last menu but I don't remember. But try loading the INIT version of the user file, that might do what you're looking for.
