How do I capture DV through my HVX

New HVX user. I read the manual and I cant find out how to capture DV on tape from my camera to the PC. I use Premiere Pro CS3 and when I plug the camera in, the device doesnt show up.
 
Hi there,

Camera Wont "SHOW UP" well it will be in the device mamager, its a standard "Firewire DVC device" so with the:

- firewire cable plugged in
- The Camera switched to "TAPE" mode
- The Camera switched to "MCR" mode

All you should need to do is press F5 and everything should go
