This video is awesome. Im thinking photo stop motion but I could be wrong. Any tutorials on how to do this?

They key is with the bird that follows them around. They used stop go or timelapse techniques. The slow mo was possibly twixtor or some sort of time warping plugin perhaps. But something like this wouldn't be easy for many reasons.
