How close of a match will the GH2 and HMC150 be?

I know there is more that goes into it than this, but since both cameras are AVCHD and both are panasonic, would it be fair to think that the footage will be a pretty close match? Getting ready to shoot a documentary and two guys are going to be shooting exteriors with GH2s while I shoot the interviews inside with the HMC150... there might be some overlap where I shoot some exteriors on pick up days with the hmc150 since that is my camera...
how close you think they will be?
 
Are you shooting static interviews?
If this is the case may be it is good idea to use GH2 also or get cheap GH1 body.
Normally GH2 is not extremely good for documentary films (if you want to shoot all with it).
But if you are shooting almost static interviews with propertly lit subject, GH2 with external monitor and sound recorder can be very useful.
And I think that HMC150 it will work fine also.
