How can i matte the HVX's LCD to 2:35:1

Was wondering a simple and easy way that wont harm the camera to matte off the LCD on the HVX to 2:35:1 when shooting in 720p/24pn.

just make a transparency overlay and tape it to the lcd housing, or be really cheap and put some rubberbands around it to form a 2.35:1 frame.
 
Id just make a photshop file (or similiar image) that is a 16:9 frame size with a 2.35:1 box inside of it. Pop that into your NLE and print back to tape or p2. Display that in your camera lcd and make your marks. Or shoot the printed out version of that image and make your marks.
