How can I get my HMC150 to look like this?

Errr..... not sure if you are being serious or not here :)

The GoPro is a fantastic little camera, both for the price and for what it does, but it's quite limited and very noisy in low light. YouTube is never the best way to judge video because of the way it's heavily compressed, but there was some pretty bad blockiness at 1080p. Do I want a GoPro HD? Yes, I'd love one, just never quite get around to buying one. Could the HMC do great full screen in great light? Absolutely!

So, could you be more specific?

Hahah sorry my friend wants me to get a GoPro and is convinced it is better than my HMC150. Im sure when I went to the washroom he posted this. I am planning to get one in the future non the less, thanks for the help.

LOL in order to make it look like that, try to shoot in the lowest bitrate on the hmc150, that might be a first step...

I'd be really curious to hear people's feedback on this camera, in particular the quality of the sound.

I own the GOpro and the sound isn't that great, but it's good for what it is.... It will also depend upon whether you are in the fully enclosed case or if the back is open.... It's a great camera but I did have a dead pixel when it arrived and their customer service is absolutely horrible. They are selling these by the truckload and they are a bit cavalier about dealing with someone just buying one... I believe you can pick them up at best buy...

When you do get one... remember to pick up a whole bunch of mounts, extra battery and the new skeleton case is a good idea if you are needing to frame your shot. It's fisheye but sometimes needs to be tweeked.....

It's a phenomenal camera though, but not the same image quality as the 150... not in a long shot and it's horrible under low light.. That's why you don't see any nighttime footage on the gopro site... looks like garbage...

I agree with everything Justyn said and echo it.

Get a ton of mounts and accessories, it'll make it really worth it.

I was actually a little surprised when I saw these being sold at Best Buy earlier this month. It just shows how big the company has gotten and that they're trying to infiltrate every little corner. With that increase in size, the fact that they do sell these things by the truckload, and that they also have no problem giving them out for free at events like they're a timex watch, shows that the customer service is going to lack a bit.

But also absolutely horrible in low light, even a night event with spot light lighting is horrible.
