How Can I check if my Varicam has the latest software installed?

I own the Varicam HDC27f. My unit is 14 years old as of this month (checked by serial number) and i've owned it 8 months. I am checking to see if there is a place online, maybe archived somewhere on Panasonic's website where I can check and see if my Varicam F has the last known software available for it before they released the H model.
 
Good Lord, that makes me feel old! I remember when I bought my first VariCam and it feels like a lifetime ago when I do the math.

You our can check in the menu what it's running, but you may have to call Panasonic to check. I don't know that there were a lot of firmware versions for the tape cameras(if any besides the original). I know that at least one of the guys I used to shoot with had a different version of firmware in his 2700 than the one that I traveled with. Can't remember if I ever checked it against my second body.
