FS7: House of cards & Sony FS7

[starcentral]

That's right, the popular show House of Cards is using an FS7 as a prop camera for their fake camera crew on the show !

Photo analysts have speculated they are using PL mount lenses with E mount adapters, and Teradek Bolts, except later, a rubber band was needed for the FS7's EVF loupe.

I think that rubber band is holding a suction cup for his forehead.

I've seen plenty of FS7s being used on UK national TV. You can regularly see them in the pits during F1 coverage.

FS7 is super popular in Norway as well. Producers are not really interested in working long distance with me - until i show them my FS7 and my previous work. I can even tell in the conversations with them that the tone of voice changes after i briefly mention the FS7.

Its really nice owning such a cheap, powerfull, and well-known rig that the FS7 is.

Im looking forward to when inexperienced producers confuse me as having a FS5 when I told them I have a F5. Or they'll ask is the F5 as good as the FS7. Lol.. but seriously.

It is great that the FS7 and A7s have gained huge popularity though, promotes the whole Sony family and makes producers a little more open minded.
