My workflow has basically been the following. Shoot on cards, plug into Macbook Pro with Firewire (in PC Mode) drag the Contents/LastClip to multiple drives for backup, then importing to Final Cut from one of these.
However, whenever I continuously record between two cards, this doesn't seem to work. When I view the folder with the Contents and LastClip files in the P2 importer in Final Cut, not everything shows up, and one is usually marked Incomplete.
I'm guessing its just recognizing the first card and cutting off where it left off, but why is this happening? If I'm dragging all of the data shouldn't both cards be included in that?
