horizontal bars across captured footage!

I have a dvx 100B with about 160 hours on it. I use Panasonic dv tapes, AY-DVM63AMQ.
I've had this problem on two successive dv tapes:
During the video session, everything appears normal in the camera's LCD screen. But then, during capture, I get occasional horizontal bands across the image, and at some points I get blue screen for a few seconds. There are always five of these horizontal bands, evenly spaced, with normal looking footage between the bands. Inside the bands is footage from another part of the picture.
I've cleaned the heads on the 100B and on the little Panasonic GS 39 that I use for capture, but the problem remains on playback in both cameras.
Could it be that the 100B already has to go in to the Shop?

Thanks for your advice.

If you've tried cleaning the cameras it seems that the problem was during acquisition. Perhaps the recording head was dirty at the moment and the info on the tape might be bad. That would really suck, sorry... Hope I'm wrong.

I have had this happen several times, and I just use the tape cleaner for about 5-10 seconds. that normally clears it up, although sometimes I have to repeat that process several times. I read here on this forum that you need to use the cleaner about every 20 hours or so, I agree. I think sometimes though it could be a problem with the recorder heads, in that case you may have to have it professionally cleaned.
