Please, can one of you experts out there help me solve this on going problem I am experiencing with my 24P footage? 1st the footage is perfect on tape, in camera and once digitize into Avid Express DV 4.6.
My problem is, after I finish a project and export it out to a mpeg file to create a DVD I see horizonal lines come up in my footage...let me try to describe....it looks almost like interlacing or something like that (hope I am using the correct terminology)...anyway, I notice it more a great deal on camera movement shots and once noticed it after apply motion effects to a clip. Can anyone tell me what is going on? I would greatly appreciate any information I can get concerning this matter. Thank you guys and girls for your time.
